Returns

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of the order delivery, and must be shipped out within 5 days. 
• Only the price of the gold may be refunded; the online processing fee, shipping, and insurance are non-refundable.  
•  Custom orders (such as ring re-sizing, chain re-sizing, and custom names) cannot be returned whatsoever. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the order delivery, and must be shipped out within 6 days. 
• Only the price of the gold may go toward the exchange; the shipping and insurance are non-exchangeable. 
• Gram-for-gram exchanges are only permitted on jewelry of the same class, if the exchange is between pieces of separate classes then the difference must either be paid or returned. 

 

Please keep in mind the majority of other stores in our profession don't allow any returns or exchanges whatsoever!
